Cyber Coaching

Cyber Coaching UK was created with a focus to help fill the UK’s cyber skill shortage gap. It’s a community for enhancing technical cyber skills, through unofficial certification training, cyber mentorship, and personalised occupational transition programs.

Cyber Coaching UK was founded by Tom Sinclair who has experiences across a multitude of the cyber domains. From leading multi-million-pound complex operational risk management programs for the government and public sectors, to leading technical assessments, Pen-Tests, as well as creating and developing cyber training programs.
Tom has consulted with some of the globes most recognised names ranging from Arsenal FC, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, Barclays, Atlantic Council, The National Cyber Security Centre, Accenture, QA Ltd and the National Health Service to name a few. Whilst also having the opportunity to speak as a keynote speaker at various cyber seminars and many of the UK’s top universities.

Cyber Coaching’s mission is to excel your potential via remote, affordable and top-class cyber training whilst addressing the UK’s cyber skills shortage issue. We are passionate about giving back to the cyber community, as well as assisting the veteran community utilise their transferable skills bank to help transition them into their next career. As Cyber Coaching UK was initially founded by members of the veteran community, we are the ideal coaching company to offer this service and work with ex-military personnel.
