About the course
Under our CompTIA Level 3 apprenticeship programme, apprentices will gain the relevant skills and knowledge to configure systems and devices while at the same time, mould themselves to successfully deliver IT services to required customer standards. Our course covers technical and commercial training with workplace projects assessed by a BIT Learning Mentor, who will give professional feedback and improvements.
You will gain the skills and qualifications you need to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, ever-evolving and exciting industry.

Installing & Configuring Hardware & Software
You will be involved in installing & configuring hardware devices & software in various contexts.
Secure Access to Systems and Resources
Demonstrate competency in ensuring access to systems & resources is managed in a secure manner.
Upgrading & Implementing Systems
Get involved in larger projects within a work environment. Including installation & implementation of computers & server upgrades.
Providing IT Support
Demonstrate your ability to provide helpdesk support to others and show your understanding of policies and procedures.
End Point Assessment (EPA)
At the end of the learning period, you, your employer & coach will meet to agree you are able to demonstrate all the duties.
