About the course

This is very much a ‘hands on’ course.

Each student has their own desktop PC and we limit the number on each course to a maximum of 12 students (at our Crewe Training Centre) to enable the trainer to give each student as much help as they need. The course is ITOL accredited and once passed each candidate will receive a recognised ITOL certificate.

The IT Support course is intended for those wishing to uplift their support staff’s skills, refresh their workforce or equip new starters with the ability to support your customers in the shortest possible time.

Before the course commences you will be sent some pre-course notes that you will be required to read before attending.
