About the course
Gain experience and support for Agile projects, from planning to evaluation phases across the project lifecycle.
Our one day Agile Foundation Project Management course targets professionals dealing with projects with ever shifting requirements. We understand creating new products can vary in time, often extended with inevitable customer changes on the way. Using Agile principles eases the stress and sets your mindset to embrace changes added throughout the project lifecycle.
The Agile Foundation Project Management course breaks down projects into smaller manageable cycles, to build in flexibility and directional changes that positively involves customers in creating the final product. Creating closer relationships with customers to work through shifting timescales and budget costs, while giving your team more responsibility and accountability.
Jac Hughes is a former Leading Seaman who left the Royal Navy in January 2015 and successfully transitioned back into civilian life. He now works with teams and individuals to help them become more autonomous, empowered and productive by harnessing the agile mindset. By utilising and building upon the tools, techniques and experiences from both the military and corporate world, Jac is able to tailor his approach to suit the needs of clients quickly and efficiently. Jac naturally prefers people over technology, believes in doing rather than planning for what has to be done, has more faith in values than documentation and always starts from a place of trust.
