Brief overview:We are looking for recruits to report to the first line of defence against cyber-crime. Cyber security is an exciting and ever changing sector where you will be challenged every day to decrypt data, decipher code and untangle malware. Think you’ve got what it takes but have no idea where to begin your career in cyber security? Look no further. A QA cyber security apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to learn the skills you’ll need to become a finely honed cyber security professional. Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It:

• Understanding networking principles
• Using open source intelligence
• Cracking technical security fundamentals
• Analysing malware
• Deciphering cryptography and encryption
• Implementing key management
• Working with cyber security operations

Is This You?The above list may seem a little daunting at first, it’s OK, we aren’t expecting you to be a finished cyber super sleuth immediately. The cool thing about apprenticeships is that you get the chance to learn and try new skills and earn money whilst doing so. However, we are looking for those with a knack for problem solving, someone who is not scared of a puzzle and someone who can focus. Interested?
