WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
CYBER SECURITY MANAGEMENT
You will dive deep into cyber security vs. cyber safety, risk management and countermeasures, attacks, threats and incidents, new trends, infrastructures, and cyber intelligence…you will gain a global understanding of what cyber security is now and how it might evolve.
OPPORTUNITIES ARE ENDLESS
Advances in technology and increasing interconnectedness don’t come without risk. Cyber crime is ranked among the top three risks the world will face this year, according to the World Economic Forum. That means companies, governments and individuals must prepare for sudden and dramatic disruptions caused by cyber attacks.
Cyber crime also generates huge losses—monetary, reputational, intellectual—so it’s no surprise it has become an important topic of debate in company boardrooms. It is no longer an IT/IS problem; it is a company-wide critical threat, forcing organizations across sectors to arm themselves with teams of cyber defenders.
The problem: there’s an extremely short supply of talent in the field, and of professionals with hands-on tech experience and the business savvy to lead teams and manage strategies.
Tech has taken over the world; and the outlook for jobs and salaries in digital security is outstanding.
