About the programme
BAE Applied Intelligence Recruitment function is transforming. We are moving from a transactional, reactive model, to a strategic consultative one. We are implementing new technologies, we are building out our digital strategy and we are doing it globally. Our plan is to leverage our strong brand more readily, to build robust networks of engaged talent and convince them, that AI is the place to be, and give them a great experience when they engage with us.
As an apprentice in the recruitment team you will be assisting the implementation of the recruitment social media strategy. Working as a part of a project team, alongside an experienced employer brand strategist, you will develop the skills required to attract top talent into the organisation.
What you'll need
To apply for the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Scheme, you'll require the following:
5 GCSEs at grade A*- C (4-9) including including Mathematics, English and ICT.

Applicants will be expected to be medically fit as deemed necessary to perform the role, be eligible to work in the UK and be able to successfully achieve security clearance.

The focus of the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Scheme is on the development of the individual. You will be fully funded to study part time to achieve relevant qualifications with an approved BAE Systems provider and will spend some time away from your local place of work to study.
You'll have the opportunity to learn from colleagues who are experts in their field, and gain insights that can only come from real world experience. You may also partake in 'Stretch Assignments' - these are opportunities to be involved in a variety of charitable and promotional projects to develop skills in addition to those that can be learned through your placements.
On completion of the two year apprenticeship, you will be eligible for entry onto the Register of IT Technicians, and allowed access to join as an Affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and/or Associate member of BCS.
