MAC OS Familiarisation

Helping your service desk and users switch from Windows PCs to Apple Macs. Our two day bespoke training will help you familiarise with Mac OS. Learn the fundamentals, to give you the skills to ensure you don't lose operational productivity.


Our two day Mac OS course targets support desk professionals, technical coordinators, and Mac users providing technical support or network management. Our training provides you with the skills required to support the latest version macOS and understanding core functionality including configuring key services, performing basic troubleshooting, and the ability to support multiple MacOS users.


Haydon Beagley has over 10 years of hardware and computing experience including Mac and PC. Graduated Plymouth University with a BA Hons in TV Arts in 2016 - but found his way back into IT after a short stint in running and working in computer and phone repair shops. Even a Barista once or twice. Currently Haydon is an Academy Trainer / Technical Coordinator at BluescreenIT and specialises in training CompTIA A+ and ITF+ as well as covering other interest areas including Microsoft and Apple. With years of practical experience in the field dealing with a diverse range of systems and technologies Haydon can relate textbook content to the real world.
