QA racks up five years in Training Industry’s top 20 IT training companies
QA has been named as one of the best IT training companies after appearing in Training Industry’s Top 20 IT Training Companies list for the fifth year running.
The annual rundown celebrates the finest providers of IT training services in support of corporate learning and development, and is based on several factors such as leadership and innovation in IT training, breadth of IT training and delivery methods offered, as well as company size and growth potential.
Other traits taken into account include quality and number of clients, geographic reach and competitive differentiation.
Revealing the top 20, Training Industry’s chief executive Doug Howard said: "These organisations are the key players in this space in part because they have demonstrated the ability to innovate and respond to market needs."
News of QA’s fifth annual top 20 place comes just days after it won the EC-Council circle of excellence award, fending off competition from more than 700 training centres in 107 countries.
The EC-Council global awards programme recognises the ongoing commitment of accredited training centres and certified EC-Council instructors that have contributed significantly to the information security community.
In other QA-related news, the QA Group has just announced Sir Charlie Mayfield has joined its board as non-executive chairman.
Sir Charlie is chairman of the John Lewis Partnership and was the government-appointed chair of the UK Commission for Employment and Skills between 2010 and 2016.
